Here's how we do it all for you
PHASE 1: THE GAMEPLAN
Meet with our founder Jake Kelfer to explore your book idea and build your gameplan.
On this call, you will get crystal clear on your audience, discuss your big idea for the book, and chat about your dream vision for the long term success of your book.
PHASE 2: MEET YOUR TEAMMATE
You'll be introduced to your teammate aka ghostwriter to set up a time for an initial call. This call is designed for you to get to know your teammate and your teammate to complete a basic outline and table of contents. Following this call, everyone will be on the same page with a clear direction for the book.
PHASE 3: CONDUCT THE INTERVIEWS
Your teammate will work with you to conduct a series of interviews which will serve as the basis of your book. You will meet with your teammate several times (~60 minute meetings) to pull all of your knowledge, expertise, and stories out of your head. Every interview will be recorded and used to write your book.
PHASE 4: YOUR VOICE MATTERS
Once you begin your interviews, your teammate will start writing your book and touch base with you to make sure they are accurately representing you and your voice. This is your soon to be bestseller so we want to make sure it's in your style.
PHASE 5: INSTANT REPLAY - REVIEW YOUR BOOK
Once you complete your interviews and approve the initial pages/chapters, your teammate will finish writing your book. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to review your book as often as you need. After the book is complete, you will review it one more time at the end.
PHASE 6: ELITE EDITING
Once the book is complete, we will have your book go through a professional editing process to ensure your book is of the highest quality. You will review the edits for any last minute updates and approvals and then we head into production.
PHASE 7: COVERS THAT CONVERT
Now that your book is complete, our team will focus entirely on presentation and optimization of your book. Our formatting team will create optimal layouts for both ebook and paperback and our design team will create a top-tier cover that converts. You will have the final say/approval on your cover.
PHASE 8: PROFITABLE PUBLISHING
Our team will work with you to ensure your book is properly published and distributed to help you achieve your goals. We'll handle everything from file to account creation and we'll make sure your book is ready for a bestseller launch.
PHASE 9: LUCRATIVE LAUNCHING
As launch day approaches, our team will meet with you to discuss your launch strategy. We will provide you with social media graphics, email swipe copy, and everything you need to spread the word about your launch. We will feature you on an episode of the Big Idea To Bestseller podcast to kick off your launch.

How long will it take me to go from start to finish?
For our BIB program, our authors tend to finish their rough draft in 30-45 days and launch within 4-6 months. For authors in our BIB Elevated or BIB Elite programs, our average time is 6-9 months due to additional planning and marketing.
